Discussion with Nauset High School Principal Tom Conrad – Reconstruction of five tennis courts
Action on draft motion requested by Eastham Affordable Housing Trust:
“The Eastham Community Preservation Committee hereby approves the purchase of 1195 Massasoit Road, Eastham, by the Eastham Affordable Housing Trust with a sale price not to exceed $294,000. The purchase will be made with funds previously awarded to the Trust and approved at Town Meeting for the sole purpose of creating affordable rental units by the Eastham Community Preservation Committee.”
Follow-up and possible action on CPA applications:
Recreation Commission – Field of Dreams consultant - $50,000
CDP – Real Return II and III / 885 State Highway - $234,001
Library Historical Building Preservation - $75,000
EAHT – Expansion of affordable rental housing - $850,000
EAHT – Housing Consultant Services - $24,000
NRSD – Reconstruction of five tennis courts - $366,240
